Provide investing and consulting services for individuals and corporations.  Consulting services include operations of strategic operations, business development, portfolio optimization, and financial management.   

  • Secured over $10 million in new assets for the investment book of business.

Led a team for CB Richard Ellis and a confidential client for the sale of a 60-acre parcel of property in the Midwest.  This sale raised over $7.1 million in funds for the client.Led a team for CB Richard Ellis and a confidential client on the optimization of their real estate portfolio.  As part of the optimization, a western U.S. campus will be re-developed.  This will result in a total savings to the client of approximately $50 million. Secured the Bloomberg Latin American facilities management portfolio business for CB Richard Ellis.

Responsible for Profit/Loss, business development, financial management, and operations of strategic global accounts  such as Whirlpool, Baxter and Avaya.  Responsible for transactions, lease administration, project management, facilities  management, finance/accounting, and administrative services.  This included operating and capital budgets of up to $450 million and  the management of over 200 direct CBRE employees and several thousand contractor employees in 52 countries. Expanded the revenue base of accounts by expanding existing services and cross selling other CBRE services.  For one account this resulted in growing EBITA by 40% in less than 2 years. Corrected issues on an account with such significant problems the contract was in jeopardy.  Solved the problems within 6 months, and secured a 4-year contract extension which expanded the revenue base by cross selling 3 new service lines.

  • Re-engineered the delivery of services.  For one account this helped achieve a $2.6 million cost reduction goal from an $8 million variable cost budget.  This was done with a 42% headcount reduction while maintaining service levels and quality.
  • Deployed and managed an e-procurement platform.  Grew the use of the platform from $200,000 to $6,000,000 in less than 3 years.
  • Supported Global Corporate Services business development and operational activities
  • Managed and directed a team of over 200 employees, and several thousand contract employees, located in 52 countries.
  • Led business development efforts that secured new business opportunities in Asia, EMEA and Latin America.
